1. Returns

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@kiorah.com with your order number and details of the defect or damage. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Non-Returnable Items
